We are happy to provide an open box service to all customers. No extra fees and no minimum required.

What is an Open Box?

This service allows you to continue shopping as per usual, while adding to a box that is stored with us until you are ready to ship them out. All your purchases will be packed together into one parcel and shipped, meaning you only pay for shipping once.

This allows you to save on shipping costs and allows us to save on packaging material ♡

How do I Start an Open Box?

Shipping is to be paid with your first purchase. Kindly add the correct shipment listing (WM/EM) to your cart first. 

Then at the checkout page, in the Remark box; kindly type 'open box'.

OR if you've already placed your order...

Go to My Account > Click the right order number > Type 'open box' in the remarks box ♡

How Long Can I Keep an Open Box For?

We don't have a time limit for open boxes, so you can keep it for as long as you'd like!

If you are ready to ship out your order:

Type "close box" in the remarks section of your checkout page/order page.
